Really…. Fall…. Already?

The signs are all there.  Back to school shopping, kids building their college dorm collections, 40 degree temperatures at night, local orchards offering early apples… we know it Fall is coming.

Here in the store, it’s no different.  Besides the chipmunks scooting through the greenhouse to hide some acorns, there are other signs.  Fall pottery, beautiful silk flowers and permanent pumpkins, gathering baskets and spicy scented candles have all taken their places here.  Fall scarves and autumn purses have arrived, plus a bevy of delightful brooms and rakes made into scarecrows.
